ADLER AGRO walks towards the Industry 4.0 model

We started a digitization process to continue guaranteeing quality and service to our clients, being much more energy efficient.

During this month of November, we have finished installing new large capacity manufacturing reactors that will help us triple the productive capacity of ADLER AGRO. As well as a new intelligent centralized control panel that will allow to control the manufacturing process completely both physically and digitally, guaranteeing high efficiency and quality.

Thanks to these new reactors, we will be able to continue fulfilling our growth commitments with our customers, as well as improve the quality management of our products and continue with our global expansion strategy.

This way we have started the transition process towards the digitization of the company based on the principles of Industry 4.0 and lean manufacturing. Moving towards a fully digitized and energy efficient manufacturing model.

ADLER AGRO enables new tools to facilitate work-life balance

Adler Agro encourages telecommuting among its employees to facilitate work-life balance and labor flexibility

From ADLER AGRO we have enabled tools to work in the cloud and remote controlled solutions that allow the workers to be able to carry out their tasks from anywhere in the world with a simple internet connection. Always with the highest standards of quality and information security.

We have also implemented new Industry 4.0 solutions in order to take even more care of the quality and traceability of our products.

In this way, we have achieved that more than half of the staff can perform their work 100% effectively without having to come to our facilities. Considerably improving the possibilities of work-life balance for ADLER AGRO workers.

ADLER AGRO gets Xpande grant for Internationalization

The Valencian Chamber of Commerce has granted ADLER AGRO with Xpande aid for Internationalization, specifically for entry into the Polish market.

Adler Agro, S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the competitiveness of SMEs and thanks to which it has launched an International Digital Marketing Plan with the aim of improving its online positioning in foreign markets during 2019. To do this it has had the support of the XPANDE DIGITAL Program of the Valencian Chamber of Commerce.
